Q: What’s the refill subscription service? A: We deliver a metal bin for you to keep it, we then refill it either weekly / fortnightly or monthly with fresh briquettes — no waste, no hassle.
Q: Are your briquettes eco-friendly? A: Absolutely. Our briquettes are made from recycled oak, packaged in compostable sacks, and deliver 19.6 MJ/kg of clean heat.
Q: What’s the best option for fire pits or pizza ovens? A: Our Fire Kit Bundle includes briquettes, starters and firelighters — perfect for outdoor use.
